it's chinese new year again!!!!!!!!!!! xDD
and this time...
it's on valentine's day too!!!! xD
i firstly appeal my apologies here for those who can't spend their time together with their bf/gf for nid to balik kampung. ><

1st of all
i wan to tell u sumthing about chise new year. =D
do u ever wonder why we say "gong xi gong xi"?
ok
during chinese new year, thr is a ghost called "nian" will come down to the village and eat ppl in there.tat time ppl still dunno hw to kill it nor scare it away.
therefore, every chinese new year's eve, ppl will gather together with their families and eat their "final" dinner, for they fear they will die 2moro, so they spend their final time with their family.
so this is hw the reunion dinner comes in. xD
and den during chinese new year,when ppl see each other will say " gong xi gong xi" for they mean "congratulations!! u haven't die!!" xDDDDD
lame right?! my dad told me this. it's even on the net!! xDD
and den after they found firecrackers scares the ghost away, ppl chg it to "gong xi fa chai", which "fa chai" means "earn alot of money".
see how money had influnced the tradition....

dunno this year gt ang pau hunt anot. no one invite me yet. T_T
this thurs goin bak to my mom's side again
and i cant wait to see my cousins and of cuz those little red ang paus. xD
